What is the time to check in / check-out?

Guests are expected from 2.30 pm and must return the key at 11 am on the day of departure.

Is the facility smoking?

No: out of respect and for the comfort of our clientele, all our rooms are non smoking

Is the hotel connected in ADSL, in all rooms?

Yes, only with WiFi, you can surf at a current speed on your travel companion!

Do you have a Spa / Fitness / Pool area

The hotel does not have swimming pool / fitness room / spa

Is there a room service? What are his schedules?

The hotel does not offer Room service. You will be able to order a meal tray during the lunch or dinner service hours, which you will pick up at the reception

Do you have a business center?

The hotel does not have a business center

Is there an elevator?

The hotel does not have a lift. No rooms on the ground floor. The rooms are located on the 1st floor or on the 2nd floor, above the restaurant room.

What is the minimum age required to book a room?

No matter, all residents must be at least 18 years old to be able to stay in our hotel. Except children with by their parents.

I'm lost, help me! How to come ?

- Public transport: If you arrive by bus from Briouze which drops you off at the Tourist Office, take the direction of the lake, after a few meters you will already see the Tour de la Potinière!

Is there a car park?

The hotel does not have private parking. However you will find free parking spaces right outside the front door of the hotel.

Can I store my bike in a secure room?

The hotel does not have a garage to store your bicycle (s). They may / they can however be stored in the hotel, you will have to carry them until this place of parking for the night.

Is there an elevator?

The hotel does not have a lift. No rooms on the ground floor. The rooms are located on the 1st floor or on the 2nd floor, above the restaurant room.

I am a person with reduced mobility and / or a wheelchair, are there facilities?

Unfortunately our structure is not suitable, the Hotel has no elevator and the first rooms are on the first floor.

What is there?

Our rooms are all equipped with shower or bath, welcome products, terry towels, storage space / hanger, bathrobes, alarm clocks, flat screen TV with Canal Satellite, Wi-Fi, hairdryer

How much / how / who does the housework?

The room service takes care of your room between 9am and 4pm, if you want us to come at another time, please let us know as soon as possible, by dialing 09, from the telephone of your room.

Can I smoke in the rooms? Is there space for smoking?

All the rooms of the Hotel are non smoking and we will be grateful to you to think of the next host who will come to stay in the same room! Guests are kindly requested to smoke outside the building.

No Pets are not allowed in the hotel


My bus / train is at 16h the day of my departure: can I benefit from my room until this moment?

Unfortunately the size of our hotel does not allow us to leave rooms available after 11am. Alternatively, we have luggage service, our lounge is there to welcome you, or you have the opportunity to visit the city and collect your luggage during the opening hours of the reception.

Is there a laundry service in the establishment?

We provide you with an iron, if you want to clean your linen, we work in collaboration with a laundry service.

Are coffee machines installed in the rooms?

Our rooms are not equipped with coffee machines. You can however contact our Reception by dialing 9 on your phone, you can order your drinks on a tray to bring them to your room.

Is it possible to do early-check out?

You can pay as soon as you arrive, or even before your arrival, to save you time! Alternatively, we offer to charge your credit card and send you the invoice by mail.

From what time is the breakfast room opened?

The breakfast is open from 7:30 am the week and 8:00 am on Sunday

Is there Wifi in all rooms?

All our rooms are connected to the internet! Connect to the Wifi network "hotspot La Potinière" that you receive the best and follow the instructions.

Do you have a conference room?

The hotel does not have a conference room.

What do I do with my personal belongings? What happens in case of theft?

Your room is secured by your key. A safe secured by the hotel can keep your valuables.

Why is the price cheaper on the website?

Is my reservation guaranteed?

What are the restaurant schedules?

The restaurant is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. The lunchtime service starts at 12:00 and ends at 13:30, the evening team is ready to welcome you from 19:00 until 21:30

Do you make menus groups?

Yes but our restaurant is not high capacity. We advise you to contact the Reception on 02 33 30 65 00 or send directly a mail:
